BREAKING: Appeal court halts Oshiomhole’s suspension

Justice Danlami Senchi of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Jabi, Abuja, had on March 4, 2020, made an order suspending Oshiomhole.

But in a bench ruling delivered by a three-man panel of the appellate court led by Justice Abubakar Yahaya, on Monday, ordered a stay of execution of the FCT High Court’s order. The court ruled that the order would remain binding pending the hearing of Oshiomhole’s motion for interlocutory injunction slated for Friday.

The panel also unanimously restrained the respondents including the Police and the Department of State Services from further giving effect to the suspension order.

And the noise making continues.

Hours after Oshiomhole was sighted entering Buhari's chief of staff; Abba Kyari's office, his suspension was lifted. Abba Kyari is the Executive and the Judiciary while his boys hold sway at the Legislature.

The battle has just started. We will see things in different dimensions in the coming days.

These comedians are destroying this country. The judges first deferred hearing the case to another day. Only for them to later make a u-turn and reschedule for 4 PM. The moment they did that, I immediately knew they were simply coming at 4 to read a prepared script.
