United Nations report

So, ban Nigerian goods from entering Ghana.

My brother forget about nigeria and do your business with other important countries please

You can stop ours from entering Ghana. Just 1 month you have started crying, I think you people have been flexing mussel with Nigeria? Let government keep the border closed so that a country like Ghana will know where they belong

We don't need Ghanaian goods ok.

We should stop importing only products that we produce here. commonsense

I support this message

In advanced countries can u import goods using border?

,if those goods went in via land, then border closure is not effective. Otherwise, let Ghana send into nigeria via port too.

It has long been time for Africans to see each other the same way Europeans see You: When the European see a black man they do not see where you came from, so their negative should be your positive: One Africa, one currency, one military then you would rival the might of China

Abi awon oloriburuku government....

Trouble dey sleep. Slow poke go wake am. After signing agreement he dishonored it. Why sign it. Does he read?

If for this reason, let the border remain close, these ghanaians have been behaving like they don't need Nigeria and I think it is Nigeria that does not need them. They tend show some stupid arrogance when it is Nigeria.

Is through the same closed land boarder? Abeg, there are other routes such as the airport and seaport. Do make use of them if such items do not contravene. They need to act accordingly.

Orrrr

We Nigerians are feeling it too

You are free to close yours too.

Return the favour

I guessed they are benefiting from our porous and unregulated boarder before... Now the temporal closure is negatively affecting their economy... Let it remained close to protect our local industry as well as increasing our daily revenue simple. Thank you MBuhari

Ghana don't let Nigerian goods enter ur country.

This is how the Greeks turned against Achilles after supporting him initially, when he refused to let go of his grievance despite everyone begging him.

Must your goods come through land borders?, please make use of the sea, or are you also a smuggler?

It's now other W/Africa countries will realise that Nigeria pass them, let Nigeria citizens endure and engage in farming to show them that we pass them

This one be mumu o, instead of una to block our goods from entering your country too. It's tit for tat man

The truth is that hunger will kill Nigerians if Ghana retaliates because we can only export crude oil.

As usual only people from the South East the bastion of corruption who like sharp practises and illicit wealth will accept this nonsense from. Ghana. Nigeria is a sovereign country. We have the right to close our borders to smugglers which is harming us.

So Ghana is crying. What goes round comes round. Was it not Ghana that created discriminatory policies against Nigerian traders. Now the chicken has come home to roost.

It doesn’t make sense, closing the border. Yet you expect to export your products. Worst economic plan I have ever seen

Lol

You can't export all your goods to Ghana because it will be called contraband.

If the land border is closed, how may I ask are the goods entering Ghana?

I think it time other African countries follow the south African route, when Nigerians are no longer safe in other places we might be forced to put that country in other!

Nigerian leaders are notorious for copying good ideas from the west without proper implementation. They see US and China engaged in trade war and jumped on the band wagon. Those two countries can sustain trade war based on existing infrastructure Nigeria cannot. Open your minds.

Gbam

This small breeze from Nigeria & the so called thriving Ghana's economy is already affected? Pls let the 'painment' remain till the border issues are sorted out. Nigeria shouldn't be playing big brother at the detriment of its own economy.

OrogodoK So 9ja is this important to these African countries economy? They should close other illegal borders too. Things should be done right for ones

The Niggeria govt creates and sustains a culture of corruption which is why they seek to tarnish the image of neighbors like Ghana. That's why the Niggeria govt in conjunction with the British MI6 sought to damage Ghana's pristine reputation through sexforgrades docu'ry.

I never thought ghana will feel it wow they've always behave like they don't give a hoot about nigeria . I live in Ghana wow could this be for real

Tell ur people to use the sea or airport

They should use Northern borders. It's not closed.

See me oh, our president doesn't know how to do things. If na me be other countries I no go buy anything from Nigeria again

ayemojubar Trade war about to start in 3,2,1

I heard the largest grain market in Africa is in Kano and people come from as far as Burkina Faso to buy goods using land border, now that land border is totally shut to both export and import, how is this trade going to function for both ends?

No bans on import or export of cows - mumu Nigerians

If the Nigerian market is good enough for Ghana, let Ghana do Nigeria's bid. Bring your stuff through the sea/air ports. Ditto.

We will soon be hearing 'Nigeria must Go'

Madam it is our choice not yours,so I think you should not tell us what to do

Go through the sea ports naw!

What's the complain about. Please close your border too. Is it by force?

The recent austerity measures of the PMB led government which include partial border closure, VAT on basic essentials and so on has been termed by economists as 'the Mbuharization Policy'.

Stop them

Clueless government

You must be on codine sir

You can close your border if you can. If you want your goods in Nigeria, fly them in. We only closed our land border.

It's not even up to 2 months, the coordinated sabotage against Nigeria is being exposed. Ghana should advise Ecowas countries to follow Ecowas protocols.

Nigerians are feeling it too... Bad governance... Dictator is back 1983.

So some people think that ordering all goods to be imported through sea ports is good policy. This is like saying everyone should fly into Nigeria instead having a choice of using roads or fly.

They will soon close their own borders and a full trade war/faceoff will envelope the Nigeria-Benin-Togo-Ghana corridor of ECOWAS. When you vote a man who doesn’t know much about managing an economy. This is what you get. Confusion.

Take it or leave it our country is changing. The countries that take pleasure in abusing, assaulting & send away our people r know been diplomatic with us. Its like the sleeping giant is waking up. God continue to bless NIGERIA🇳🇬

Big wahala is coming

No!!! The Ghanian economy needs our goods to come in so it can be repackaged for exports. Most made in Ghana foodstuff overseas are actually sourced from Nigeria. Keep our borders closed! Ghana needs us regardless!

This man who kept blind eyes to the destruction of Nigerian businesses in Ghana is talking. This is another ugly dimension to folding our hands and having Manufacturing firms in Nigeria move over to Ghana. Ghana market should be good for them ke?

Thought Ghanaians said they are self sufficient, why the baby cry

Oga ghanians should close their border too,let Nigerians enjoy their suffering alone

Send yours to 🇳🇬 by air or sea

Are we sharing border with Ghana?

Close your borders too

Until our Nigeria and Nigerians are secured first!

Stop our goods from entering ghana

Please see your creative on our page

At the end of Buhari tenure it surely gonna look like all Nigerians are on Slimming Tea 🍵😊

Nice move by Ghana 🇬🇭

They should sort things out,y use ports which is much expensive and slow if you can easily use trucks from Ghana 🤗

Calamity looming

Ours are entering Ghana illegally

E shaa maa tan ara yin.

No one is stopping your goods from entering Nigeria legally

Goods like rice and frozens are not allowed here Shikena if una wanna die make u go die..... Stop frustrating our dear economy for God sake

Plz close Ghana border too 😂 Since our presidents wants us to die of hunger

Our ports are open na
