part in any regional fighting force.
The Chadian President, President Idriss Deby, hinted at this withdrawal on Thursday when he said on a national television that Chadian troops would no longer participate in military operations outside the country’s borders against armed groups active in the Lake Chad region and the Sahel. But military sources in Abuja have said Chad will not withdraw from the MNJTF despite threats because no country among the four, Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, and Niger Republic, was able to combat the insurgency alone.
However, the Multi-National Joint Task Force said it was not aware of any decision by Chad to pull out its troops from any regional fighting force, adding that the troops of the four countries were still on ground.
Pregnant statement. With Big Nigeria in the MNJTF, why should Chad feel alone in the fight against Boko Haram? Unspoken questions loudly pointing at Nigeria’s lack of will to quash BH. Smh
Only GOD will attend to Nigerian government
Well, they have done their own part, Naija should do theirs.
Chad has every right to pull out of the MNJTF because MBuhari is offering amnesty to terrorist who baselessly kill soldiers and at the same time colluding with HQNigerianArmy to deny soldiers adequate military equipments. Why you terrorize your people, I don't know.
Sabotage everywhere. Chad have been the most serious of them all

Has Buhari put pressure on Chad to redraw so Boko Haram can recover & fight back? As we all know & seen in this video Buhari stops people from fighting Boko Haram.
But if Chad's effort is being toiled with by their fellow colleagues, then I support their backout..
Chad is alone in shouldering all the burden of the war against Boko Haram,” Deby said. What a pity.. The fight against terrorism cannot be won by hypocrisy, disunity and intransparent involvement by MNJTF..
Push the boko haram out of 🇳🇬, let them relocate to 🇹🇩 which seems to want a truce with them now!
This Bokoharam sir. Won't they get tired?
Good 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Pls u ppl should leave all dis news and focus on the lives that are in danger in Lagos dat should be d priority
Story story !!!!
Bcos they know Buhari will still release Captured Boko Haram members
Nigeria can't be trusted, when they go about empowering the terrorists that hitherto should be decimated.
Chad president is a scam, he need more money simple .
Silly but a reasonable move, Chad prioritizes this war than NIGERIA, Nigeria keeps releasing BH prisoners....
You don't blame the Chadian military for that because if the Nigerian military compliments their efforts BH would have gone now
Barazana ne
Hmmmm... Push and start. Thank God he start after been pushed by Chad's president. Well, let's see how far he can go.
I don’t blame Tchad’s President, at this point he has the right to say he wants to withdraw, it’s been him carrying the war on his shoulder all along. MBuhari no fit just sitdown dey ligest for caban. Let all man carry his responsibilities.
The man has his son on the front line, he won't want to work with a compromised military outfit.
It means Nigerian military force are weak, not capable and also no well trained to face war. ....what a shame to be the giant of Africa 🙉🙈
It's our Army that gave Chad such prestige. Why is it when Chad burst BH before Buratai thinks of moving to North East? Let them withdraw and we are waiting for Buratai action..
Your president just ordered them not to touch his anointed anymore. To live them because scholarship awaits them
Let Chad go. They have been our problem in this fight against BH. I will even advise Nigeria to over run their country and annex it. It's historically a part of our country. Let's take what belongs to us.
why are they, planning on withdrawing, when the war is almost over? oubien cest que le guerre n'est pa bonne? :-P
Let them withdraw
