Boko Haram, ISWAP: Surrendering terrorists will get humane treatment – MNJTF

Multinational Joint Task Force says surrendering Boko Haram/Islamic State’s West Africa Province terrorists would be given humane treatment.Yusuf spoke during an interaction with former fighters in Mora, Extreme North Region, Cameroon.

His message was contained in a statement by Col. Timothy Antigha, MNJTF Chief of Military Public Information, NAN reports. The General said terrorism was orchestrated by few individuals who desired to inflict suffering on millions of people in the Lake Chad Basin, for their own selfish and personal interests.

Yusuf noted that countries affected by insurgency had developed their respective Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration and Resettlement programmes.
