The Benue State Police Command on Wednesday arraigned Charles Fegha, 40, Tersoo Ayen, 32 and Bemdoo Igbahemba, 29 before a Makurdi Chief Magistrates’ Court 3B for alleged criminal conspiracy, mischief and theft.

The police prosecutor, Insp Kwegh Abugh, told the court that the case was reported at the Intelligence Bureau, State Police Headquarters Makurdi by one Tarnongo Tiza, a staff of Standard Organisation of Nigeria on Dec. 29, 2022.

He said that the reception is close to the hotel gate where the security post’s CCTV camera could be seen. He said during the police investigation, Charles Fegha, Tersoo Ayen, and Bemdoo Igbahemba, all staff of Trust Resort Hotel were arrested for allegedly committing the crime.He said the accused contravened Sections 97, 329 and 288 of the Penal code Law of Benue State, 2004.
