A Federal High Court, Abuja has fixed March 11 for hearing a suit filed by the Chief Judge of Ondo State, Justice Oluwatoyin Akerdeolu against Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
The suit has the Attorney General of the Federation , the National Judicial Council , Ondo State Governor, Ondo State Attorney General , the state’s House of Assembly and the Inspector General of Police as defendants. Uchegbu prayed the court for an adjournment to enable her office respond to the applications served on it.
