The Katsina State Government has commenced repatriation of Almajiri students of Qura’ni schools to their respective states.
The repatriation of the Almajiri students is in line with the agreement by the 19 Northern state governors the report said. “They will be repatriated to their respective states in batches.” the chairman was quoted to have said. In response, the Kaduna State Commissioner for Human Services and Social Development, Hafsat Muhammad-Baba, thanked the Katsina State government for taking care of the children.
