The government’s so-called fund saving platform, the Integrated Personnel, and Payroll Information System is a colossal failure. “Apart from that, the government is yet to take any step to revitalise the education sector among others,” he said.
That means ASUU is yet to commence strike.

It's obvious and quite unfortunate that the Nigerian government is not sensitive to the plight of the youths and parents. Why can't the government resolve this issue and save our tertiary education.
