The troops of Operation Desert Sanity have killed scores of Boko Haram and Islamic State’s West Africa Province, ISWAP insurgents in Borno State.
The development followed the ongoing offensives against the terrorists in the State, particularly in the Sambisa forest. The Nigerian Army Headquarters disclosed this in a post on its verified Facebook page, Friday morning. According to the post, several equipment and dangerous weapons were recovered during the successful operation.
