But Army has never constituted any panel to investigate the killings of south easterners by the same Nigerian Army
What do the military need a panel for? To cover up their crimes? Normally the police would have take over the investigations, but the police too is eaten up by corruption. Anyway the corrupt govt will do anything to cover up for their military thugs. No mercy to the dumb citizens
