The committee set up by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has retired Justice Idris Haroon, as the chairman.
DAILY POST recalls that a video footage of some students of the school being flogged including a female alleged to have committed offences contrary to the rules of the school, went viral attracting wide range of condemnations in Nigeria and across the globe. The principal, who has been suspended by the government, pending the conclusion of the investigation into the incident, had said he acted with the consent of the parents of the affected students.
