Save the Children International, a charity organisation, has launched its media awards to celebrate excellence in journalism for child rights

Save the Children International , the charity organisation, has launched its inaugural global media awards to celebrate excellence in journalism for child rights.

Belinda Goldsmith, SCI director of the global media unit, said the organisation is thrilled to recognise remarkable efforts journalists make to report on issues affecting children while driving positive change. An independent jury of judges will review the shortlisted submissions to decide the winners, SCI said.
