The All Progressives Congress has congratulated Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, CFR, Nigeria’s former permanent representative to the United Nations, UN, on his appointment as the new Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.Spokesperson of the ruling party, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu in a statement on Wednesday described Gambari’s appointment as a round peg in a round hole.
