The federal high court sitting in Jalingo, had earlier upheld the election of Agbu as the gubernatorial candidate of the party for the state.
Not pleased with the outcome, the aspirants, who approached the federal high court in Jalingo to seek justice, urged the court to disqualify the candidate on the grounds that he did not purchase both the expression of interest and nomination forms. Some of their supporters who bared their minds to Daily Post, said they are eager to see the outcome of the ruling.
