An uncompleted three-storeyed building, on Friday, collapsed at 12 Alasepe Street, off Community Road, Ago Palace Way, Okota in Lagos.Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osayintolu, DG Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, said the house under construction was approaching completion.
