A 40-year-old man, Kingsley Madukwe, has been arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command, for allegedly slapping his wife, Glory Madukwe to death.
The suspect was said to have been provoked when his late wife reportedly abandoned the crying baby in the bedroom and headed for the living room.The slap, according to the PPRO turned deadly as his wife who had complained of tiredness, fell down and died on the spot. The Police Spokesman added, “On the strength of the report, the DPO Atan Ota division, SP Salau Abiodun, led his detectives to the scene where the suspect was promptly arrested.
