The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arraigned one Ibrahim Yuguda at a Kano State High Court for alleged theft.The statement revealed that the court before Justice Maryam Sabo charged Yuguda on a one count charge of criminal breach of trust.
The charge read, “You Ibrahim Yuguda between April 2018 and February 2019 at Kano within the jurisdiction of the Kano State High Court being entrusted with certain property to wit: the sum of N10, 800,000 only property of Mohammed Ibrahim did dishonestly misappropriated the money and thereby committed an offense contrary to section 311 of the Penal Code and punishable under section 312 of the same Law”.
