The Independent National Electoral Commission has said it might appeal to the Abuja Federal High Court ruling, which ordered the Commission to restore Mrs. Natasha Akpoti of the Social Democratic Party as a candidate in the November 16 governorship election in Kogi State.

He said the Commission was studying the court judgment and would take a definite position upon seeking legal advice. INEC had disqualified Mrs. Akpoti and her party, SDP, for nominating an unqualified deputy governorship candidate.
