Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa , has clinched the gubernatorial ticket of the All Progressives Congress, APC. Aiyedatiwa 's emergence from the primaries was announced by Governor Usman Ododo of Kogi State, who served as the Chairman of the Primary Election Committee. With Aiyedatiwa scoring the highest votes of 48,569, the result was declared almost 48 hours after the commencement of the exercise on April 20.
