Wale Oyewale, IbadanWife of President Muhammadu Buhari, Mrs Aisha, paid a condolence visit to Chief Florence Ajimobi, widow of the former governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, on Wednesday, in Lagos.It was gathered that the wife of the President arrived at the Glover Road, Ikoyi residence of the Ajimobis in the early hours of Wednesday.

The First Lady, who reportedly extolled the virtues of the late National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, commiserated with the family of the deceased.She urged the family to take solace in the fact that Allah was supreme and could not be called to question on his decision.

Also at the Ajimobi’s residence were Olufunso, wife of Senator Ibikunle Amosun, former Ogun State Governor; Mrs Bolanle Ambode, wife of former Governor Akinwumi Ambode of Lagos State; and Sherifat, wife of former Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.

Other personalities who paid condolence visits to the Ajimobi residence are Ibijoke, wife of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State; Mrs Abisola Kola-Daisi; and Nkechi, wife of former Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State.Copyright PUNCH.All rights reserved.
