This is WRONG!!! It's going to put people's lives at risk. There are reasons why airlines delay flights, if you force them to do this, they are going to cut corners. When they cut corners, passengers' lives are at risk. OK.
I'm not understanding.. refund 100% for 2hr delay even after eventually completing trip? This is not only idiotic but also potentially dangerous. For safety concerns, airlines shouldn't be put under this sort of pressure. Most times delays are even out the hands of airlines...
