Africa: COVID-19 cases pass 1.63 million, Nigeria on list of most affected

As at Sunday, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases reached 1,636,748.The number of people that have recovered from coronavirus was put at 1,347,199.

Southern Africa is the most affected region, while Northern Africa region is the second most affected.More than 40.2million have been infected and 1,118,000 fatalities recorded.
