Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, has slammed those who took to social media to blame President Muhammadu Buhari for

Tunisia had eliminated Nigeria from the AFCON in the round of 16 a few days ago.

However, as soon as the match ended, some Nigerians took to social media to call out Buhari, saying the video conference was bad luck to the Super Eagles. He insisted that the same people would have come out to condemn the President if the Super Eagles had gone into the match against Tunisia without any support from him.

evn me self blame him now

Buh, why did you people blame violence on endsars, and now see bad luck call to super eagles the other way round

When any conversation is politicised, facts are distorted mischievously. If the president had not called, the same people would criticize him for failing to motivate me players if they went on to lose. The technical crew failed us not president

That's trivial, you must not, be talking about everything.

I don't really know why FEMI Adeshina can't even keep for the Nigerian Super Eagle self. Super Eagles need more players for backup especially from the top govt officials
