There is heavy security presence at the entrance and premises of the Federal High Court, Osogbo, Osun State, on Tuesday, where Olalekan Oyeyemi, an ally of Governor Ademola Adeleke is standing trial for killing and terrorism.

The Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State has granted bail to Olalekan Oyeyeki, an appointee of Governor Ademola Adeleke, standing trial for terrorism and unlawful killing.

According to the judge, one of the sureties must be a traditional ruler and should submit his instrument of appointment to the court registrar. The defendant, popularly known as ‘Emir’, should deposit the sum of N5million and his national passport with the registry, he is also ordered to write an undertaking to be of good behaviour and to steer the investigation in a hid not to jeopardize his bail conditions.
