Abia State Commissioner of Police , Kenechukwu Onwuemelie , has recommended that the state government transform some identified criminal and illicit activities’ locations in the state into productive hubs.
They visited the bicycle repair workshop behind Okigwe Park, in Umuahia, the state capital, and the former Ohuhu motor park. Both adjoining locations have been identified as hotspots for illicit activities, which pose significant challenges to public safety and security. Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has mourned the passing of the paramount ruler of Isolo Kingdom, Oba Kabiru Alani Adelaja Agbabiaka, Adeola Olushi III.
