Forty-Eight hours after the traditional ruler of Oso Community in Ajowa-Akoko, Akoko North West Local Council of Ondo State, Oloso of Oso, Oba Clement Jimoh Olukotun, was kidnapped, his abductors have demanded N100m ransom for his release.

The Guardian gathered that the kidnappers made contact with the family of the monarch yesterday to demand the ransom. The traditional ruler was abducted after gunmen invaded his palace in the late hours of Thursday.

MEANWHILE, the members of the community have appeared to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and relevant authorities to help in rescuing their monarch from his abductors. He said: “We received a call early today. One of the family members received the call. We can now confirm that the Invaders were kidnappers.
