Barely a month to the end of his administration, the outgoing governor of Ogun State, Ibikunle Amosun, has appointed over 1,000 workers into the state’s civil service. This information was contained in a statement dated April 30, signed by the Permanent Secretary, Civil Service Commission, Ajibola Amope Chokor.
The official said the successful candidates consist of freshly appointed and serving officers on inter-cadre transfer who had taken part in the examination.
The employment will surely be terminated one month after. Employees should not rejoice
Old format.
This is really a constituted authority in action. There should be law banning these people from engaging in new employments after elections because all political parties does the same.
These politicians are cheats and wicked. Why hasn't he employed all these years in office? He is just trying to incur expenses and makes life for the incoming govt difficult
Gov Ibikunle Amosun, you do well👍. Let your conscience be the judge.
Oops! This is highly regrettable. So he's trying to create issues for the incoming gov just because his candidate failed to clinch the office.
Mad man
A law had to be enacted that will regulate and put into order certain things that the government of the day both in the Federal and State levels shouldn't dare embarked upon the moment it's few months to the end of their either first or second term tenure.
After 7 years and 11 months as a Governor, you are just finding it appropriate to employ people at this point?
iamscoded coman see this omo onigbese
That's rascally.
Amosun,ole'
Next governor should sack them all
Why didn't this governor employee this 1,000 workers while in power?
Eye service! Amosun should get ready to be probed. Oshiomole ain't joking here!
Na waa for these guys o!
What a country
Govsia na wicked soul! He's a bad loser! With all his many achievements,he lacks sportsmanship character! He can't choose our governor for us! Never! dabiodunMFR is our choice! He will succeed by God's grace!
Wicked and devilish rulers. GOD punish ALL NIGERIAN LEADERS.
Rubbish....that's why Nigeria can never develop
So he just realized he has not been employing.
The ones Fayose employed in Ekiti are having problem with non payment of their salaries. I believe the people who have been offered the appointment should temper their expectations. They should expect the worst by the governor-elect to reverse the appointment.
The wickedness of the wicked
Same template. Mumu
Devil is liar.
The employed workers knows their fate already
Useless man
And he says he's ready to handover.
Lol, employing people you will not pay just to frustrate the incoming governor. This is a good/bad thing to the people you've employed. You had all the time, why now? God will surely judge our leaders.
Do me and do you god no That's how Gbenga Daniel did during his own tenure two months to leave the office, he also appoint and employ many people's , but immediately Amosun resume office he sack them including my blood brother. Now what is your advice for the new governor?.
Omoale!
He has just woken up😂😂😂
What for ? Smh
What mentality av these Nigerian Politicians? They're so selfish & creat problems 4 others 4 revenge.Yes pple need to be employed but d right way. My advice to d employed is not to take it serious until confirmed by d incoming administration that Amosun is seeking to destabilise.
Madness
Scam
Crazy man. Continue your end will surely come if you like employ 20, 000.
Wickedness not good
