Police in Ogun State have arrested a 51-year-old man, Oluranti Badejo, for allegedly beating his 40-year-old wife, Folasade Badejo, to death.

Our correspondent gathered that incident occurred at Orimerunmu, Mowe in the Obafemi-Owode Local Government area of the state.The Police Spokesman, Abimbola Oyeyemi, on Thursday, told newsmen that the suspect was arrested following a report lodged at Mowe police divisional headquarters by the younger sister of the deceased.
