The Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) in Imo has called for improved cooperation between civilians, military and paramilitary bodies in the country.

Speaking, the state Chairman of the body, Mr Chima Chukwunyere, advised the members and police officers to use their positions of authority to build relationships, irrespective of where they found themselves. Also, the Chairman, Imo PCRC Board of Trustees, Prince Lemy Akakem, described the anniversary as a significant event for the Imo PCRC.
