Thirty persons have been burnt to death in an accident that occurred along the Zaria-Kano expressway, Hawan Mai Mashi, in Makarfi LGA in Kaduna stateAbdurahman Yakasai, the assistant corps commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps in charge of Zaria zone, confirmed the incident.Yakasai said the crash involved two Toyota 18-seater buses and a Volkswagen Golf vehicle, adding that the accident happened due to “overspeeding and dangerous overtaking”.
