For the umpteenth time that I was at the NIMC Lagos centres, the officials kept asking for bribe and I told them bluntly I wasn't going to give a kobo bribe. So I'm yet to be registered. INEC registered me back then without the officials demanding bribe. Plus risk of Covid-19
