2023: El Rufai, others playing game with Tinubu – Dele Momodu via politicsngr

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Momodu, who said this while speaking on Channel TV’s The 2023 Verdict programme, said the campaign trail for 2027 has already started.

“It is about someone being opportunistic, playing the clever game. Tinubu is not going to win — they know.“So, it is not about power returning to the South. It is about the ambition of certain individuals in the APC who know that Tinubu will not win, and they are positioning themselves for 2023,” Momodu said.

He added: “They know that in 2027, no Northerner can win without the South. And no Southerner can win without the North. Right now, suddenly, Nasir El Rufai has become the superhero of the South. The one who is speaking that power must go back to the South. “It is all lies. The truth is, they are playing the game. They know the man is going nowhere. When your vices outweighs [sic] your virtues, no country will accept it.”
