Senator Orji Uzor Kalu says President Muhammadu Buhari may surprise the people of South-East ahead of 2023.
The lawmaker noted that Buhari’s single biggest capital project is being constructed in the South-East.The Senate Chief Whip urged Igbos to have faith in the President and support the All Progressives Congress government. The ex-governor said the Buhari administration’s commitment to 100 per cent budget implementation in 2020 and 2021 was unprecedented.
