The Executive Secretary of the scheme, Alhaji Kamilu Aliyu, disclosed this to newsmen in Dutse, while speaking on the activities of the board.
Aliyu explained that the payment comprised retirement benefits, death benefits, death pension balance and refund of eight per cent contribution. “For death pension balance, nine beneficiaries from the state will be paid N9,184,100.32, six from local councils will be paid N1,613,361.61 while five from LEAs will be paid N6,895,301.26.
