One hundred and thirty-one students of the Mdibbo Adama University Yola have earned First Class bachelor’s degrees in various disciplines.

The total 12,876 graduands who completed their academic programmes in the 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 academic sessions, are lined up for the Saturday’s event termed combined 24th, 25th and 26th Convocation. “In the category of higher degrees, we shall award 183 postgraduate diplomas, 1373 Master’s, and 155 PhDs in various disciplines,” he added.

He stressed that the campus is porous and vulnerable to ‘criminal merchants and unforeseen characters’, and appealed to the Federal Government to facilitate perimeter fencing of the campus.
