The House of Representatives has resolved to write a petition to the National Judiciary Council (NJC) against Justice Taiwo Taiwo of Abuja Federal High Court over a restraining order issued against the House over a $10 million bribery allegation. Justice Taiwo on the 20th of May restrained the House of Representatives\u2019 ad hoc committee investigating

The House of Representatives has resolved to write a petition to the National Judiciary Council against Justice Taiwo Taiwo of Abuja Federal High Court over a restraining order issued against the House over a $10 million bribery allegation.

The Ad hoc committee in its report considered by Committee of the Whole on Tuesday resolved to drag the judge before the NJC for the restraining order. He said that “when you lose a case in court, you appeal not that you will write a petition against the judge.”
