A San Antonio franchisee of Urban Air Adventure Park operating in the Park North Shopping Center along Northwest Loop 410 has filed for bankruptcy protection. Urban Air Park North listed assets of no more than $50,000 and liabilities in the range of $1 million to $10 million in a petition filed Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Antonio .
In a Chapter 11 case, a debtor continues operating while it seeks to reorganize its debts and eventually emerge from bankruptcy. Husband and wife Paul and Michele Hoskins,Urban Air Park North’s owners, signed the petition. The couple has another Urban Air franchise at 8490 Fourwinds Drive, but the website says it is temporarily closed.
