Police say a man was found dead at a home on Bermuda Drive off Schillinger Road around 10 a.m. Sunday.
According to the Semmes Police when they arrived on the scene and located the victim suffering from what appeared to be a laceration to the neck. The victim was transported to USA Hospital where he was pronounced deceased on arrival.
Semmes Police contacted The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office requesting major crimes and Crime Scene Unit. Witnesses told detectives that they saw the victim stumbling in the road and called 911. The deceased was identified as Juan Antonio Ganados Acuna. The suspect was identified as Pablo Barrios Maldonado. According to police, at approximately 8:00 pm that same evening, the Mobile Police Department pulled over the suspect at University and Moffat Road.
