Timmons bonded out back in May on a $250,000 bond.
Last week, Timmons had his bond revoked after Semmes Police arrested him accused of beating up his girlfriend.
On July 27th, court documents say SPD responded to Timmons’ home in reference to a domestic violence call. The documents say Timmons punched his girlfriend several times in the face after she posted a photo online of a deceased male friend.Investigators say a Semmes Police sergeant arrived at the home and asked Timmons to come outside.
Court documents say Timmons immediately locked the door but ultimately surrendered and was taken into custody.
