Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III ruled out for Chicago Bears game

It’s a light final injury report for the Seahawks, but once again they’ll be down their top running back.

The Seattle Seahawks conducted a Christmas Day walkthrough before their flight to Chicago to take on the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football. As expected, neither tight end Brady Russell nor running back Kenneth Walker III will play in Week 17 due to their respective injuries. Walker has now missed a career-high five games on the season with three separate injuries.

He had an oblique injury on opening day against the Denver Broncos, followed by a calf injury in Week 13 against the New York Jets, and now an ankle injury after the Week 16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Zach Charbonnet is off the injury report and will get another start, with Kenny McIntosh as the backup. Outside of Walker, Russell, and safety K’Von Wallace , no one else is doubtful or questionable.
