Walker missed two practices with a calf injury.
The Seattle Seahawks will be without their leading rusher for the third time this season. Running back Kenneth Walker III, initially listed on Friday as questionable with an ankle/calf injury, has been downgraded to out for the team’s Week 14 showdown at the Arizona Cardinals. The injury came up at some point after the New York Jets game , and Walker’s availability was under serious doubt once he sat out the Thursday and Friday practices.
Zach Charbonnet will serve as the lead back in Walker’s absence. In his four career starts he’s rushed for 236 yards on on 65 carries, with three touchdowns scored. His career-best game did come in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins, when he put up 91 yards on 18 carries and two touchdowns. The second-year running back has averaged just 3.5 yards per carry in 2024.
