According to Beatty, Harrisburg Police recovered his bike on June 15. Two days later, he said he got his bike key from police and went to pick his bike up from Don’s and Son’s Towing, which is where is bike was being kept.“They’re like ‘oh it’s gonna be $750 at this point.’ I’m Like ‘okay yeah, I know there’s whole lot of things wrong with that.’ So, I called the police and asked the police to come out there,” Beatty said.
Since he was unable to pay the $500, Beatty said he then got in touch with his local Salvation Army Chapter.
