Police responded to a reported altercation between a resident and construction workers at 11:53 a.m. Dec. 13. Following an investigation at the scene, assault and criminal trespassing charges were filed.A driver was pulled over at 8:10 p.m. Dec. 23 after being seen committed several traffic violations. The driver was found to be “remarkably impaired” according to report and was cited for operating a motor vehicle impaired and released to a taxi.

He was additionally charged with driving outside marked lanes and failure to use turn signals.Police reported a Hinckley woman traveling eastbound on Walden Reserve Boulevard was struck from behind by a 17-year-old driver at 6:32 p.m. Dec. 10.
