An employee at Friendship Gas Station contacted dispatch on December 7 to report that a man came into their establishment and stole beer. Officers located the suspect at Shakers IGA and cited him for theft. He was also trespassed from the gas station.
An officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic infraction on December 10 around 10:45 pm, and the driver initially did not slow down. A short time later the driver stopped and officers noticed the driver showed signs of impairment. After conducting field sobriety tasks, the driver was arrested and charged with drunk driving transported to jail.
On December 7, a person arrived on station to report they were involved in a vehicle accident.A woman called dispatch to report that her ex was at her house on December 8 around 3:30 am and was not supposed to be there. She yelled at dispatch and then hung up on them. Officers toured the area and found the man, who was arrested for violating a temporary protection order. He was transported to jail.cleveland.
