Police were dispatched to an apartment along North Main Avenue at 11:18 p.m. Sunday for a trespass report, according toOnce there, Seniuk told officers she had been trying to get her partner to leave her place for over a month and couldn’t get him to leave that evening because he was intoxicated. Initially, police were able to convince Seniuk and her boyfriend to let him stay overnight and leave in the morning when he was sober.
