More than 100 red-bellied black snakes, including pregnant and newborn snakes, were found in a pile of mulch in a Sydney backyard. The discovery was made by David Stein, who called Reptile Relocation Sydney after seeing several snakes slithering into the mulch. Dylan Cooper, a snake catcher, arrived and removed 102 snakes, including two that gave birth to 29 more snakes in his bags. Experts are unsure why so many snakes gave birth in such a short period at Stein's property.
