One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a crash between a tractor-trailer and a truck, Thornton police spokesperson Joe Walker said. All lanes except the HOV remain closed, although much progress has been made. The truck was carrying rebar, which took time to remove. We’ll update you here…The crash caused the trailer to roll on its side, and cleanup was expected to close the highway for “an extended period of time,”Further details about the crash were not immediately available.
