INDOT wants to hear your ideas for a safer I-65

Crews will begin work on or after July 12, closing the northbound lanes of I-465 between Interstate 65 and Interstate 70.

INDOT is hoping to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety on the stretch of I-65 between Fletcher Place and I-465 on the southeast side.They will be holding a public meeting at Frederick Douglass SUPER School 19 on July 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. There will be a presentation at 6 p.m. You can also make a comment onThe I-65 Safety and Efficiency project covers about 5 miles of the interstate between Fletcher Place to the north and I-465 to the south.
