Driver Doug Gordon walked away from amazing crash on Saturday in Minnesota.
Just past the finish line, his car got out of shape, tipped over onto its side, and skated on the side of its nose into the opposite-lane wall. The car jumped on top of the wall, nearly upside down, and slid for a few feet. It skidded to a stop with a tire hung on the barrier.
According to the NHRA, Gordon exited the car under his own power and was examined onsite by the NHRA medical team.
