European and Latin American flavors converge with fantastic flavorful cuisine at new Parma restaurant Quintaesencia Tapas&Bar.
“It’s a fusion between all the dishes that we like from Spain and things we like from Latin America,” said Parma resident Karen Torrado, who co-owns Quintaesencia Tapas&Bar with Katherine Nuñez.
Quintaesencia Tapas&Bar is located at 7431 Ridge Road in Parma. The menu boasts everything from classic and crunch patatas bravas paired with a homemade spicy salsa brava to chicken stroganoff in a creamy mushroom sauce served over rice. “There’s also the muscles and wine sauce. It’s one of the plates we are very confident in the seafood that we are offering.”
Quintaesencia Tapas&Bar is located at 7431 Ridge Road in Parma. Together, the Venezuelan natives are teaming up for their first restaurant that boasts quite a unique menu.
